Return And Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled with a full refund if they are notified within 24 hours, any cancellation after that will ensure no refund of the deposit payment. The refund payment shall pass to the user’s account within 7 working days after the cancellation request has been received.

If the product is handed to a 3rd party and then a cancellation is received, the user will be liable to pay the delivery fee and will get the deposit amount after the deduction of the delivery fee.

If any product is returned from the doorstep of the user, they will be liable to pay the delivery charge of the product. Also, they will no longer be able to request a refund of their deposit payment.
