Warranty Policy

We warrant that all products sold by us are free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship and those products are fit for the purpose intended by the manufacturer when properly installed and wired according to the user instructions.

All product sold by us has a standard warranty period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. Any defect/failure other than manufacturing faults voids the warranty policy.

In terms of manufacturing fault/defect, the customer needs to send the product to our office after that we will check the product in our facility. If we find any defect/failure then we will rectify and send it back to the customer or else we will replace it with another fault-free/new similar model product.
